How to Register for the Henderson Workshop:

Registration Fee:
Standard Fee: $700 per couple until four weeks prior to workshop.
Early Registration Fee: $650 per couple four to 8 weeks before the workshop
Super Early Registration Fee: $600 per couple if registering more than 8 weeks before the workshop
$75 discount if you are a therapist (license # is required) whenever you register.

Please Note:
To complete registration, standard procedure requires a brief telephone interview of all attendees before the beginning of the workshop. This helps to insure that attendees derive the maximum benefit from the workshop. Registration fees subject to change without notice.
Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel prior to three weeks before the workshop date, a full refund minus a $50 processing fee will be given. After the cut-off date, your fee can be applied to a future workshop.

National Marriage Seminars will provide CE Credits for the following Clinicians:
The workshop meets the qualifications for 13.5 hours of continuing education credit. The CEU certificate fee is $29.99, billed at the end of the workshop. Please contact Scott for further information.
Counselors:
Credit requirements and approvals vary per state board regulations. Please save the course outline, the certificate of completion you receive from the activity and contact your state board or organization to determine specific filing requirements.
Social Workers:
National Marriage Seminars is approved as a provider for continuing education by the Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB), www.aswb.org through the Approved Continuing Education (ACE) Program. National Marriage Seminars maintains responsibility for the program. Social workers should contact their regulatory board to determine course approval. Social workers will receive 13.5 clinical continuing education clock hours in participating in this intermediate course. A certificate of attendance will be awarded at the end of the program to social workers who complete the program evaluation.
Psychologists:
National Marriage Seminars is approved by the American Psychological Association to sponsor continuing education for psychologists. National Marriage Seminars maintains responsibility for this program and its content. They are offering this activity for 13.5 hours of continuing education credit. Full attendance is required; no partial credits will be offered for partial attendance.
Marriage and Family Therapists:
This activity consists of 810 minutes of continuing education instruction. Credit requirements and approvals vary per state board regulations. Other Professions:
