How to Register for the Henderson Workshop:

Standard Fee: $700 per couple until four weeks prior to workshop.
Early Registration Fee: $650 per couple four to 8 weeks before the workshop
Super Early Registration Fee: $600 per couple if registering more than 8 weeks before the workshop
$75 discount if you are a therapist (license # is required) whenever you register.

To complete registration, standard procedure requires a brief telephone interview of all attendees before the beginning of the workshop. This helps to insure that attendees derive the maximum benefit from the workshop. Registration fees subject to change without notice.
If you cancel prior to three weeks before the workshop date, a full refund minus a $50 processing fee will be given. After the cut-off date, your fee can be applied to a future workshop.

The workshop meets the qualifications for 13.5 hours of continuing education credit. The CEU certificate fee is $29.99, billed at the end of the workshop. Please contact Scott for further information.

National Marriage Seminars is approved as a provider for continuing education by the Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB), www.aswb.org through the Approved Continuing Education (ACE) Program. Social workers will receive 13.5 clinical continuing education clock hours in participating in this intermediate course. A certificate of attendance will be awarded at the end of the program to social workers who complete the program evaluation.
